- Recruitment of 7 trade show hostesses to be present at the merchandise pavillon of Toyata Panasonic Racing during all European Formula 1 races: 9 events + 'Festival of Speed', Goodwood / England
- Recruitment of a team of hostesses for each country, prior to the races who meet the strict criteria of the client with respect to age, appearance, garment size and language skills
- Submit a quote of recruiting regional hostesses or development of an alternative concept
- Introduction of a new feminine and high quality outfit in a graphic style, appealing, sexy and decent. The look has to match the modern appearance of Toyota and need to diversity from the existing team outfit
- Development of a concept which ensures a sslidele quality and a stronger identification within the team by
creating the motto ‘Be a part of the team’,
- biggPROMOTION rejected the idea of recruiting regional hostesses and brought in the new idea of setting up a fix team
- Recruitment of a 10 person team, all multilingual out of which the respective 7 person team for each event (country) was put together. At least one hostess speaks the language of the host country
- From a pool of 590 applications, 180 girls were ntroduced via sedcard, out of which 40 girls were nvited to a casting in Frankfurt or Düsseldorf
- In addition a supervisor was booked who organised the daily shuttles to and from the race course as well as the activities on the booth
- 3 designers were involved to create the final chosen promotion outfit
- 100% satisfaction of the client and the local organisers. Follow up job in 2007
- Positive reactions from all teams in the merchandise area as well as from Allsport Management SA, the organiser of the Formula 1
