Idea
  • Euro Express Night turns a local HUB into a modern place of action and entertainment:
    • Laser Lounge
    • Info Walk with 4 different theme-areas
    • Multi Media Presentation of the performance criteria
    • Virtual Laser Wall (modern interactive sweepstake)
Content / realisation
  • Personal invitation letter, featuring a bar code card as entrance ticket for the event
  • The exclusive ambiance was supported by a fine culinary offer, a sweeping stage show and an enthralling infotainment package
  • As a memory of this evening all guests received a CD with pictures, photos of the show and pieces of product information shortly after the event
Result / success
  • The modern service supplier Euro Express was put in scene in a new and attractive way which increased the potential of follow up activities and orders in customer relation management via direct mail (qualified addresses)
  • Follow-up-order for 2002
Facts and Figures
  • 3 trucks with 40 tons each, 19 technicians, 6 promoter, 12 waiter, 4 kitchens chefs, 13 actors 300 guests per event
  • Infotainment area with holographic-technical equipment and Virtual Laser
  • Set up time: 10 hours on the event day; 8 hours break down the following day
  • 16 events on a Saturday within the period of March to November 2001
